DOUBLE AIRO sped to the front, took pressure from a pair of outer foes into and around the turn, emerged in a battle with TUNED TO THE MOON nearing mid stretch, dug in tenaciously under solid handling and kept that one at bay. TUNED TO THE MOON prompted the pace between foes, stayed latched on to the winner as an outer PAULA'S A STAR failed to keep pace leaving the three sixteenths, fought on gamely through the final furlong but could get past. PAULA'S A STAR , three deep attending the pace, moved to apply a bit more pressure past the five sixteenths, came four wide under a ride in upper stretch, failed to kick on heading to mid stretch, faded and just saved the show. ITSAMONSTAMASH bobbled at the break, was guided down towards the inner rail heading to the turn, saved ground through the lane and finished with good effort. CHICKIN LICKIN , off the pace, raced three wide into the lane and got past fading foes. SEASIDE ROAD chased to the inside of a foe md turn, eased out for the drive and gave way. LIFT THE LID broke slowly, was used four wide to reach contention, chased outside SEASIDE ROAD around the turn and tired.
