Footnotes
HIDDEN PRESENCE raced in the three path the first turn, angled to the four path near the three eighths pole, rallied outside, took command near the sixteenthpole and drew clear. DIVINING SMILE , bumped on both sides leaving the starting gate, steadied in traffic leaving the far turn, worked between horses in the stretch and closed gamely. SOUTHAMPTON DOCK came in at the break, was never far back and had a mild rally between horses. MINARI came out at the break, staled the pace, had aim on the lead in upper stretch and gave way. MY DEAR ANTONIA , four wide the first turn, moved to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, remained inside and passed tired foes. BUZZAWAY , unhurried early, was no factor. PRINCESS BUTTERCUP chased the pace outside horses and gave way. URBAN STAR cruised to the lead on the backstretch and faltered the final furlong. THE FEISTY ONE sped to the early lead, hugged the inner rail and gave way leaving the far turn.
