CACTUS rated towards the inside while tracking the dueling leaders, eased out into the lane, worked through between runners past the furlong grounds, took over to the inside of LOUISIANIMAL heading to the sixteenth pole, spurted clear under a drive soon after then held firm while kept alert. ISLAND D'LITE , under snug rating while not far back and in the clear, came three wide into the lane, edged up behind foes near mid stretch, altered out for a clear run near the sixteenth pole and kept on gamely. LOUISIANIMAL , quickly to contention, dueled outside RAD PAISLEY while under rating, was roused clear three wide in upper stretch, was joined from his inside leaving mid stretch and faded late. SOUTHERN HORSE (ARG) angled out early and rushed up wide into the turn, gained five wide outside a rival in upper stretch, chased and churned on. MONSTER MASON steadied off heels nearing the turn, raced two wide into the stretch, split rivals with a run leaving mid stretch then flattened out late. BOSS IS A PAL stalked between runners, edged up then tipped four wide approaching the stretch, had aim under asking nearing the furlong grounds, failed to kick on and faded in the final seventy yards. POWER BACK was squeezed back soon after the break, steadied between runners into the turn, swung wide and offered a mild run. SILVERBULLETTWENTY broke slowly, made a five to six wide run into the stretch then failed to follow through. UP IN FLAMES chased the pace, raced three wide into the lane, had his rider misjudge the wire for a couple yards then finished evenly. STAR WEAVER , off the pace, was hustled along four wide nearing the lane but failed to generate a solid run. RAD PAISLEY sped to the front, was joined from his outside then dueled into and around the turn, failed to kick on leaving the quarter pole and weakened. SPEAKERIT rated behind rivals, steadied into the turn then dropped back towards the inside.
