INSTANT COFFEE saved ground into the first turn and through the backstretch run, edged up under a ride leaving the far turn, was guided outward for room leaving the five sixteenths, closed in doggedly under a drive, wrested command from OTELLO with about seventy yards remaining and was edging away at the wire. OTELLO broke a bit awkwardly and outward, quickly recovered and cleared after about a sixteenth of a mile, secured the inside and opened up while a bit keen, settled better mid way through the backstretch run, remained under some rating as rivals closed in leaving the three eighths, was shaken up two wide entering the lane, clung to the advantage under a drive leaving mid stretch, switched over to his left lead late and gave way grudgingly. BE BETTER broke inward then was jostled soon after, regrouped and settled off the inside and outside a rival, picked up momentum and advanced four to five wide leaving the three eighths, ranged up leaving the three sixteenths, chased the top pair through the final furlong but was out kicked. ARMANDO R lagged well back, swung six wide entering the stretch, shifted out a bit for the final sixteenth and finished well. CAP COM , pinballed between foes then was pinched back at the break, recovered and found himself well back, saved ground into the stretch, kept on with effort but was unable to make an impact. IT'S SIZZLING TIME broke well then was rated back off OTELLO in the opening sixteenth, stalked outside a rival, steadily gained leaving the far turn, chased four wide and between runners into the stretch then gave way. UNION FLEET came in at the break bumping soundly with CAP COM, corrected and settled towards inside, gained leaving the far turn, remained inside with pursuit in upper stretch then gave way through the final furlong.
