ST. BENEDICTS PREP , rated back shortly after the start, eased outside leaving the backstretch, circled the turn four wide, gained the lead in upper stretch, remained on her left lead and drew clear under steady urging. ALANI came out and bumped EASY RED leaving the starting gate, stayed along the inner rail on the turn, eased out in upper stretch, rallied and drifted out late. EASY RED , bumped leaving the starting gate, chased the pace from the two path, bid for the lead between horses near the quarter pole, continued willingly but was not good enough. HAPPY CLOUDS sped to the early lead and was taken to the inner rail, set the pace to the head of the stretch and weakened the final furlong. FIONA'S MAGIC chased the pace from the three path on the turn and faltered approaching the stretch.
