Footnotes
WOW WHATA SUMMER , bumped by MOSLER TIME leaving the starting gate, stayed outside horses stalking the pace down the backstretch, circled the far turn four wide, gained the lead in mid stretch and drove clear. CAN GROUP lacked speed, raced four wide the far turn, moved to the five path in upper stretch and rallied. STORMY FLIGHT stayed along the inner rail leaving the backstretch and on the far turn, was taken to the four path in upper stretch and rallied between rivals. WON AN AWARD chased the pace outside VILLAIN, challenged for the lead between horses in mid stretch and weakened late. CURLY LARRY AND MO far back after he reared at the break, swung widest in the stretch and finished gamely. BOPPY O , eased outside on the backstretch, was forwardly placed three wide entering the far turn, chased the pace to the stretch and weakened. VILLAIN , taken to the inner rail after assuming the early lead, set the pace to upper stretch and gave way the final furlong. BEUYS (IRE) was outrun. MOSLER TIME bumped the winner when bearing out at the start, stayed along the inner rail on the turns and was not a factor.
