READY FOR MAGIC broke well but was taken back to settle just behind the leading group, bided time inside rivals without a clear path until late on the turn, tipped out three-wide into the stretch, engaged SHARE SUCCESS in a brief duel and edged ahead in the final yards to prevail. SHARE SUCCESS was sent hard from the break and initially made the lead, ceded the front to a pair of rivals, tracked just off the pace three-deep, moved up to challenge approaching the three-furlong pole, took a narrow advantage leaving the quarter pole, then battled gamely with READY FOR MAGIC into deep stretch before yielding late. IAMDEPENDINGONYOU veered out at the start, tracked between foes behind the pace through the early stages, was boxed in through most of the turn, then swung four-wide into the stretch and stayed on well to secure third. MARGARET P was unhurried early and settled well behind the field, began to make up ground late on the turn, regained contact with the field past the three-furlong pole, came six-wide for the drive, then continued the bid through the stretch to improve position. CHRISTY MY LOVE vied for the early lead along the inside in hand, put a head in front on the turn, then came under pressure late on the turn and weakened through the stretch. VALERIE STREET was carried out by the inside rival after the break, pressed the pace three-wide behind the leaders, remained in contention under a stiff drive through the turn, then flattened out through the stretch. STROLL TRIPPIN pushed the pace between rivals early, then lost position late on the turn and had little left for the stretch run.
