WORK FOR PEACE edged up four wide nearing the turn and gave chase, circled four wide into the stretch, wandered outward while advancing towards the furlong grounds, corrected with right handed asks, sustained under pressure, moved to a slim lead in deep stretch and held sway. UP IN FLAMES , forwardly placed, eased out and chased three wide mid turn, move up into the lane, drifted out some in mid stretch, straightened and bid between foes leaving the sixteenth marker, battled gamely but wasn't quite good enough. SIR CHANCE A LOT prompted the pace outside a rival, took over in hand leaving the three eighths, dropped in clearing, was under a drive past mid stretch, could not resist outer rivals and faded late. BOBBY ROCKY JAKE drifted in a bit at the break and soundly bumped with a rival, corrected to race in mid pack, chased three wide mid turn, shifted four wide into the stretch and finished with interest. PIPI N MIMI chased the pace between runners mid turn but came up empty. MIKES MO TOWN was urged along to the inside of a rival leaving the far turn, worked outward past the five sixteenths, lugged in soon into the stretch then failed to follow through. FLATBED FORD broke a step slow, saved ground with a mild advance nearing the quarter pole but failed to sustain. WALKONTHEWILDSIDE , greenly through the early going, chased in the clear mid turn, shifted out and had some late interest. HONORS DUE took over between runners then dropped in to set a pressured pace, ceded command leaving the far turn, stayed on to upper stretch then faded. JOSE CAN'T SAY , bumped at the break, was shuffled back soon after and failed to recover. IMPERIAL BRUT , sluggish at the break, lagged far back into and around the turn, shifted out and failed to menace. GREAT VINTAGE , bumped and in tight at the break, raced inside leaving the far turn and faded.
