ISLAND D'LITE , urged between foes chasing a contested pace, angled out and bid three deep soon into the lane, shook clear under pressure in mid stretch, wandered well out in the course through the final seventy yards and dug in to prevail. B DETERMINED was steadied back from between rivals in the opening sixteenth, regrouped and raced well back while off the inside, edged up two wide and between runners leaving the quarter pole, steadied when stalled in some traffic nearing mid stretch, regrouped to find room, split rivals and finished strong. HEAVEN STREET had speed to the inside then rated back off the sending leaders heading to the half, stalked inside, shifted out four wide past the three sixteenths, chased and churned on. MARATHONER , off the pace while saving some ground, angled five wide for the drive and offered a belated kick. LIKE WHAT I SEE took over between rivals then dropped towards the inside while hounded by PHANTOM SMOKE, was headed by that rival mid turn, stayed on to battle past the three sixteenths then gave way grudgingly. BOURBON AND ICE rated off the pace and towards the inside, eased out and moved up a bit in upper stretch, lacked some room near the three sixteenths, chased between rivals past mid stretch but came up empty. MAJESTIC EAGLE bobbled at the break, raced off the pace while saving ground, eased out some in upper stretch, altered back towards the inner rail for the final furlong and finished with good effort. SUNSHINE CHARLIE , three wide with pursuit, shifted six wide for the drive but lacked a serious finish. RED DEVOLUTION , three deep chasing the leaders, angled out for the drive and faded. PHANTOM SMOKE rushed up outside rivals soon after the break, dueled then poked a head in front mid turn, failed to shake free sparring into the lane, ceded command past the three sixteenths and weakened.
