HANKSDIVININGROD , thee wide the first turn, was in hand between horses waiting for room around the far turn, had a clear run the final furlong, closed outside THE LAST SCIP, was bumped by that one approaching the finish but determinedly prevailed. THE LAST SCIP , three wide both turns, advanced outside MUST BE LOVE to challenge for the lead inside the sixteenth pole, drifted out bumping the winner late and just missed. MUST BE LOVE bumped with NORTHERN TICK TOCK at the start, sped to the early lead, set the pace near the inner rail, came off the rail in the stretch drive and weakened. WHISKEYINTHEJARO , three wide the first turn, moved up four deep on the far turn and rallied outside horses. NORTHERN TICK TOCK bumped with MUST BE LOVE at the start, was a bit rank entering the first turn, stayed along the inner rail, was forced to wait for room leaving the far turn, finally had room inside horses in the drive and gained late. THE BAND RUNS ON bumped with CROSSLAND entering the first turn, raced inside horses, chased the pace on the far turn and weakened in the stretch. SUE LOVES BARBADOS lacked speed, swung to the seven path in upper stretch and passed tired horses. CROSSLAND bumped with THE BAND RUNS ON entering the first turn, raced in the two path between horses the far turn and weakened. IF I WERE YOU was outrun. CLASS WIZARD chased the pace outside MUST BE LOVE and gave way in mid stretch.
