Footnotes
PUT A ROCK ON IT , checked in tight quarters leaving the starting gate, was well back down the backstretch, worked between horses in upper stretch, moved inside horses near the sixteenth pole and swept to the lead approaching the finish. LADY MOSLER stalked the pace near the inner rail down the backstretch, moved up in the two path on the far turn, took the lead in upper stretch, went clear, finished willingly but was no match for the winner. LEM ME DRINK , wide the far turn, floated wider in upper stretch and rallied mildly. MY LITTLE RED raced in mid pace, was in the six path between horses near the eighth pole and turned in an even effort. QUEEN OF THE DANCE , three wide the first turn, was four deep leaving the far turn and weakened. DIGITAL TRADE saved ground the first turn, eased out on the backstretch, chased the pace three wide on the far turn and tired. HEYBACKATCHA , wide the far turn, was not a factor. SATISFIED was outrun. SURPRISINGLY SWEET weakened. ITALIAN WAR CRY came out at the break, sprinted clear and moved to the inner rail on the backstretch and gave way in upper stretch. QUILL PEN , checked in tight quarters at the start, trailed. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
