Footnotes
SLEEPWALKER stalked the pace outside horses down the backstretch, took command entering the stretch, was put to the whip in upper stretch and drew off under steady encouragement. MY DEAR ANTONIA bore out and was rank at the start, moved to the inside approaching the first turn, was patiently handled down the backstretch, circled the far turn four wide and rallied. HIGH VIEW raced in the three path between horses entering the stretch, swung outside in mid stretch and rallied mildly. AWESOME MCKINZIE , outside horses leaving the backstretch, worked between rivals in the stretch and weakened. LUMINOUS SECRET swung wide at the head of the stretch and passed tired rivals. BUCKIN' RIGHT chased the pace from the two path and gave way. RICHIE'S VALENTINE hugged the inner rail on the backstretch and far turn and lacked a rally. MISCHIEF MOTION set the pace along the rail and gave way through the stretch. DIAMOND SUE , rank leaving the first turn, dropped back.
