Footnotes
DOUBLE RIDE quickly moved clear, set the pace near the inside, was kept to the task. BLUE OCEAN RAVE was bumped lightly at the start, advanced outside five then four wide into the turn, was second best. HARDBALL tracked inside, edged closer on the turn, shifted out about the quarter pole, held show. STRAIGHT AHEAD settled off the pace, came into upper stretch six wide and improved position. TO TOO TWENTYTWO shifted in, raced two to three wide on the turn, ran on in the stretch but needed more. KENNY D chased from outside four then three wide, was in a tad tight coming to the quarter pole while weakening, failed to rally. RUSTY GADGET bumped a rival at the start, chased in behind two wide, faded. PLUTONIUM lacked early speed, saved ground inside on the turn, was never near enough to threaten. RISKY WITH WHISKEY chased briefly three wide, retreated. RUGGLES was off the pace inside but removed from the rail, made no impact.
