STAY HOT set the pace inside hounded by a rival, was headed by that one up the backstretch and again through much of upper- to mid-stretch but fought on dueling inside and gamely retook command late to prevail. KOMOREBINO OMOIDE (JPN) pressed from outside, put a head in front at various points of the race, had a narrow lead in upper- to mid-stretch dueling through the lane but was outfinished. OCELOT settled inside off the pace, came out a bit in the stretch, gained late but was not enough. EMMANUEL tracked up close in behind saving ground inside, tipped out in the stretch with aim, needed more. WHAT SAY THEE stalked from between runners in the second flight, offered no late bid. GIGANTE was forwardly-placed outside staling three to four deep, was within range on the far turn, weakened in the stretch. CREATIVE MINISTER raced outside four to five wide, took closer order up the backstretch, was encouraged along past the three-eighths, floated eight wide turning into upper stretch, failed to rally. ILLUSTRATOR tucked in early, unhurriedly brought up the rear, was never a threat. WICKED SECRET settled off the pace racing in the three to four path, failed to menace.
