RIYADH MOON raced off the pace, advanced three wide on the turn, shifted in at the top of the lane, then rallied four wide, closed willingly outside and drew clear in the final sixteenth. BAR DOWN EXPRESS raced off the pace inside, saved ground on the turn, rallied on the rail at the eighth pole, finished well inside but second best. LLOYD chased two wide, tracked ELLIE'S BOYFRIEND confidently on the turn, rallied two wide into the stretch, bid and was outkicked. WITHOUT PRETENCE raced two wide off the pace, chased three wide on the turn, came four wide into the lane and gained mildly. WISTUCKY chased inside early on, then between rivals on the turn and weakened. GROUCH steadied at the start, trailed the field and did not factor. ELLIE'S BOYFRIEND showed sharp early speed to set the pace, dueled into the stretch and gave way in the final sixteenth.
