I BELIEVE IN MAGIC settled off the pacesetter, advanced readily on the turn, made a confident bid at the quarter pole, quickly took charge and galloped home an easy winner. DUELA DENT steadied at the start, but quickly recovered and opened up a clear lead, was no match when challenged by the winner, then stayed on well in the stretch to save the place. ONCE AN EAGLE raced off the pace inside, dropped back on the turn, came three wide into the lane and closed belatedly. ROYAL SEAMSTRESS raced off the pace, chased on the turn and gave way.
