Footnotes
JESS'S GYPSY GIRL stalked the pacesetter racing two wide, moved up to take over at the half mile marker, shook free, responded when challenged turning for home, battled heads apart with PATTY CAKES through the stretch run, dug in gamely inside and determinedly held off that rival. PATTY CAKES tracked close up on the inside, was in tight on the rail at the seven sixteenths marker, then advanced inside, angled out on the far turn, made a strong bid outside of the winner at the quarter pole, battled heads apart with that rival through the stretch and dug in gamely outside to the end. SUMMARY JUDGMENT cleared the field to set the pace, then chased two wide on the far turn, gave way and got third. MISS M M raced off the pace between rivals, chased three wide on the far turn and gave way. ROZAY SUMMER broke awkwardly, raced three wide off the pace, chased four wide on the far turn and gave way.
