STORMY MITOLE set the pace on the inside, showed the way under confident handling on the far turn, responded when asked in upper stretch, pulled away under mild urging and was in hand the final strides. LAST GLORY was off slowly and steadied, settled two wide off the pace, chased three wide on the far turn, rallied between rivals in the stretch and got second. SHINING SKYE trailed the field, advanced four wide at the quarter pole, rallied mildly outside and was outkicked for the place spot. SHEZA BERNARDINI pulled close up two wide early, then stalked two wide, bid two wide on the far turn and weakened. SPECIAL AFFAIR tracked on the inside, chased inside on the far turn and faded.
