Footnotes
GUN RIGHT pressed the pace racing close up outside, bid on the far turn, took charge at the quarter pole, came wide into the stretch, responded when asked, drew clear and was kept to the task. MAGICAL ROAD raced off the pace, moved up three wide on the backside, chased three wide on the far turn, rallied outside and was clearly second best. BAD LARRY was in a bit tight between rivals entering the first turn, stalked two wide, dropped back on the backside, then came again outside for third. AINT NO JOKE tracked on the inside, chased inside and tired. MIDNIGHT ONYX set the pace on the inside, dueled on the far turn and faded in the lane. LONELY RIDE was sluggish into stride and dropped far back, then gained some ground in the stretch.
