GOLD STRATEGY tracked on the inside, was well placed behind the leaders on the backside, made a strong three wide bid on the far turn, took charge at the quarter pole, pulled away and cruised home in hand. TAVIN set the early pace, then vied inside, dueled on the far turn, dug in gamely entering the stretch, then remained clear for the place spot. FABULOUS CANDY was off slowly, raced off the pace with an inside trip and rallied mildly on the rail for third. KAREN'S HONOR was a bit reluctant to load, then broke outward, raced four wide on the first turn, then two wide off the pace, came four wide into the lane and failed to threaten. UTOPIA ROSE raced three wide on the first turn, then vied outside for command, dueled on the far turn and faded.
