GUANA CAY in mid pack early while off the inside, three wide far turn, angled out a bit to be four wide in to the lane, closed with good resolve to be in time. MARINA'S GOLD forwardly placed off rail, came in a bit to help tighten up LADY MERCEDES, was straightened, three wide into the lane, set down, finished willingly to be clearly second best, slowly closing the gap on the winner. CLEARLY CREEPS pressed the issue up front in the three path, took over second turn, clearly into the lane, could not contain the top two. BUTTERFLY QUEEN lacked early foot, angled out in traffic to be five wide into the lane, improved position out in the strip without posing a serious threat. LADY MERCEDES steadied after a sixteenth in tight quarters, settled in mid pack and turned in an even effort in lacking a serious closing punch. MO SENSE broke back, void of speed while in some traffic into the first turn, saved ground second turn, improved position while also not posing a serious threat. COURTNEY FAY five wide through the first turn when off the pace, continued well wide, five to six wide in the second bend, failed to muster a rally. UNDECODED in the second flight while racing three wide, had little for the stretch run. ADIVA within striking distance off the inside, faded through the lane. CATHERINE BLAZE remained back while racing off the inside. ROYAL BLUSH used early, brushed after a sixteenth in some traffic inside while coming out a bit, showed the way through the first turn and into the far turn, gave way when headed soon after. DREAM PRINCESS bobbled just after the start when breaking slowly, remained always back. FOLLOWING A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER OF LADY MERCEDES AGAINST THE RUNNER UP FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE THE OPENING SIXTEENTH, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
