Footnotes
CLASSIC CAR WASH with the first flight into the first turn shuffled bac late in that bend, second flight up the backstretch while continuing inside, patiently handled through the second bend, came in the two path for the drive, split foes then dropped back down to the inside past the furlong marker, rallied up the rail to be in time. WINNEMAC AVENUE bobbled then was in tight at the break, recovered to race in mid pack, closer in the three path in the second flight final turn, bid, took over, nipped while between horses at the wire. SPEED BIAS off a step slow, raced back, knifed four wide with a nice move late in the final turn to reach contention, not enough while widest of the first flight at the wire. DIMATIC dueled up front while off the inside, continued to do battle through the second turn, headed by the runner up nearing midstretch then weakened when headed by that one. ARRO SMASH dueled up front while closest to the inside, first to blink entering the stretch, was tiring when but in tight by the winner a furlong out, finished up evenly well out in the strip. DENINGTON fell back to trail after the start, continued to lack speed, saved ground second turn, improved while not a real threat. MYRA'S BOY in mid pack and outside while five wide through much of the first turn, continued wide, four wide in the second bend, lacked a response in the drive. PATS PROPERTY in some traffic at the start, again in the first turn, remained always back. HERO STATUS prompted the pace from the three and four path, gave way late in the final bend.
