Footnotes
TAKE CHARGE MILADY unhurried early while racing three wide through the first turn, made a four wide move to challenge into the far turn, dueled with the runner through most of that bend to the outside, took over into the lane, drew well clear while kept to pressure. QUIETSIDE last to leave, moved up to race in the second flight early while inside, closer before a half, stalled in some traffic, moved out into the far turn to challenge again, dueled inside the winner, fell back off that one into the stretch to prove no match to the wire, clearly second best. LEGAL EMPRESS shook clear into the first turn, set the pace off the inside and under a snug hold, responded when confronted after a half, held the advantage into the far turn, briefly vied inside the top two then could not keep up in the drive, remained well clear of the others. GOWELLS DELIGHT off the early pace, closer just before a half between horses putting QUIETSIDE in a bit tight, idled, attempted to mount a second challenge along the rail into the far turn, lacked room, moved out then lacked a further response by going evenly through the lane. ADEERA fell back to trail after the start, was never a factor while racing in the two path most of the way.
