WACO stalked the two leaders in the three path, floated four wide into the stretch, outside bid, drew clear under a firm hand ride. COMPLEX MUSIC lacked early foot, came in the two path for the drive, shifted out nearing the furlong grounds, up late for the place, no real threat to the winner. FARLEY HALL dueled up front closest to the inside, offered brief resistance to the winner when that one challenged entering the stretch, caught late for the second position. GRYPHON off slow, raced well back for a half, showed some belated interest to improve position. PIQUANT lacked speed while racing off the inside, three wide into the stretch, failed to rally. SWEET FANTASY dueled up front off the inside, first to blink entering the stretch, continued to weaken to the wire to lose a couple more positions. MAVERAMA in mid pack early, began a steady fade before a half.
