AURORA GEE forwardly placed when prompting the issue up the backstretch five wide, advanced and challenged three wide turning for home, dueled upper stretch, drove clear late. MORALLY COMPLEX with the first flight while four wide and inside the winner, vied through the turn, proved no match for the victress the final furlong, saved the place. KIAMICHI back off the pace well out in the strip, five wide through the early part of the bend, set down for the drive, continued willingly the final furlong to be closing the gap on the runner up. PARIS ACCORD void of speed off the inside, waited briefly in some traffic early turn, angled out five wide turning for home, also displayed some late interest with an outside rally. POPS REWARD off slowly, moved up to race in mid pack outside, five wide far turn, advanced, four wide into the lane, went flat the final furlong. ALOHA BABY with the lead pack along the inside up the backstretch, shuffled back along the rail into the turn, moved out, three wide and in some traffic late in the bend, improved a bit when clear for the drive. L. A. DIAMOND with the early pace between horses, began to gradually weaken late in the turn, continued to fade through the lane to lose additional position. CLOSDATGATE off a step slow, trailed well back for a half, picked off some tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. MAZARN within striking distance early along the inside, fell back turn. GOLDEN EDGE failed to menace while five wide through the turn. GRIZMO vied up front just off the inside early, closest to the rail turn, stopped through the stretch.
