Footnotes
MARINA'S GOLD broke on top, showed the way into the first turn along the inside, continued to set the pace while under some pressure the middle half, shook well clear into the stretch, maintained a comfortable advantage to the wire while being kept to task. LADY MERCEDES off a step slow, raced well back early while saving ground, continued along the inside into the far turn, got through inside of some traffic entering the stretch and rallied up the rail to narrowly gain the place, not a threat to the winner. BIG BAD DIVA also off slowly, lacked speed, four wide advance second turn, vied for the second spot late, outkicked while remaining well out in the strip. BABY GUNDIN back off the pace and the inside, three to four wide advanced into the lane, chased the winner past the furlong marker, also did not have enough left for the place. CLEARLY CREEPS settled behind the pace while saving ground, had little for the drive. ADIVA away in good order, pressed the winner for six furlongs outside that one, relented entering the stretch. BUTTERFLY QUEEN forwardly placed while racing three wide for three quarters, gave way in the drive. RIGHT TRAPPE was finished after a half.
