DEVILISH DESIRE in the second flight outside, closer four wide midway on the turn, challenged in the three path into the stretch, disposed of the pacesetter nearing the furlong marker, maintained daylight to the wire under steady handling. HALFWAY TEMPTED off a step slow, lacked speed outside, four to five wide into the lane, rallied down the middle of the strip to be up late for the place. GOOD LORD back off the pace and the inside, closer three wide into the lane, chased the winner inside the furlong grounds, had little for that one in the run to the wire, caught late for the place. MACHO VILLA void of speed along the inside for a half, idled behind a wall of horses turning into the stretch, improved position while well out in the strip late. PENROD fell back into the turn, in traffic midway on the bend, improved a bit when clear through the stretch. LEVEE WAS DRY sprinted clear to set the pace, in the two path through the lane, headed in upper stretch, caved in just inside the furlong marker. AUSTIN'S MAP behind the pace just off the inside, lost some position in traffic late in the bend, went evenly through the stretch. CHUN MONEY in the second flight for a half along the inside, backed up through the lane. GYPSY MISCHIEF prompted the pace while off the inside, gave way in some traffic late in the turn, continued to fade down the lane.
