THE WARDEN away in good order, set a soft set of fractions firmly in hand along the inside, came out a bit turning for home when being confronted, regained the advantage and disposed of that rival inside the furlong grounds, held sway late under steady handling. DARROW behind the pace off the inside, second flight in the two path into and through the final turn, set down, finished with interest to be slowly getting to the winner late while inside that one. BAYOU BLITZ prompted the pace while outside, three to four wide through the final turn, not enough late for the place while up for the third spot. PRIME POWER in a bit tight just after the start, pressed the winner from the outside, engaged that one and put a head in front second turn, dueled, floated out by that same foe into the lane, weakened late to lose position. AMBITION rank and slow to settle into and through much of the turn while saving ground, continued along the inside the middle half, remained on the rail into the stretch, came up empty for the run to the wire.
