FEAR OF UNION in the second flight while between horses, moved a bit closer in some traffic into the final turn, swung out four wide turning for home, engaged the leader from the outside nearing past the furlong marker, kicked well clear under steady handling. RIVETAGE behind the early pace off the inside, advanced on the two leaders into the far turn, took command, offered brief resistance to the winner with a furlong to run then proved no match, clearly second best. CHARBON narrowly set the pace while off the inside, continued to hold a narrow advantage far turn, weakened from between horses in upper stretch. TIS CHARMING back off the pace, made a quick move up the rail into the far turn, got stopped in traffic, continued to stall through the final turn, went evenly when clear through the lane. TORNADO ROAD void of early foot, raced three wide in the far turn, bettered position through the lane with some belated interest. GLUCKSTADT in the main body off the inside, three wide and in some traffic into the far turn, floated 5w into lane, empty. FAMOUS FINAL SCENE pressed the pace from along the inside for six furlongs and began to weaken. TIZ WICKED STRONG off a step slow,four wide first turn, moved closer while five wide into the final bend, tired in the drive. MOUNT CRAIG in the second flight, shuffled back into the far turn, continued back. FASTENED five wide into the first turn when well off the pace, four wide in the second bend when beginning to tire, continued to fade stretch.
