BLESSED VISION broke slowly, raced back early toward the inside, swung out to be six wide turning for home when commencing his rally, drifted in a bit in midstretch when moving to challenge, kicked clear late under steady handling. DANCE MAN vied up front while widest in the five path into the turn, angled in gradually while continuing to contest the pace, shook clear when straightened for home, could not contain the winner while narrowly lasting for the place. MOON OVER EGBERT in the second flight while off the inside, four wide and between horses into the lane, not enough for the place. EXPRESS CRUISER in the second group while racing outside four to five wide exiting the turn, was going mildly late to also be found lacking in the final strides. EL QUESO GRANDE void of early foot, floated out seven wide by the winner exiting the turn, lacked a closing punch down the middle of the strip. PERMAFROST with the pace while four wide early, angled to the inside to be dueling in the two path into the stretch, weakened. J J'S RANGER contested the pace three wide and between horses, continued to vie early turn, weakened in the two path soon after and continued to falter through the lane. GOLD BARON off a step slow, remained back. ARTHUR set or forced the issue early along the rail, shuffled back entering the turn, continued to fade. MIGHTY MESSAGE narrowly showed the way early two off the rail, in tight along the rai midway on the turn when forced to steady, fell back.
