ESPIONAGE in the second flight while three wide up the backstretch and into the turn, ranged up to challenge on the outside of the two leaders exiting the turn, put a head in front inside the furlong marker and kicked well clear. MEAN JAKEY vied early while widest of the first flight in the run up the backstretch, dueled late in the bend, held the advantage past midstretch then proved no match late, held sway for the place. VALE showed the way early along the inside, dueled through the turn, weakened gradually through the final furlong, remained clear for the show. BUSINESS MODEL off a step slow, raced back for a half, dropped to the rail, turning for home improved inside of rivals entering the stretch, moved out a bit and continued willingly to the finish. ROWDY RASCAL with the pace while between horses, shuffled back into the turn to lose some position, went evenly through the stretch. IAN GLASS back off the pace and the inside, three to four wide turn, failed to rally. MARTINI BLU in the second flight outside, four wide through the turn, tired through the lane. CITRUS BAY remained back while racing three wide. ALPINE THUNDER off a step slow, was finished after a half.
