COOL AND CLOUDY settled off the pace toward the inside early, raced four wide out of the turn, brushed with GO GO RO RO in upper stretch, late burst outside the late leader to be up in time. GET AWAY WITH IT reluctant to load, raced back off the early pace, advanced into a striking position three to four wide late in the turn, wore the leader down down to put a head in front with a furlong to run, could not contain the winner. GO GO RO RO broke back, raced outside well off the pace, four wide into the turn, three wide and inside the winner entering the stretch, brushed with that one while in some traffic, raced on equal terms with that same rival past the furlong marker then could not keep up while getting up late for the show. LORD HENNESSY pressed the leader from the three path, challenged that one inside the runner up turning into the stretch, briefly dueled then began to weaken. BIG COUNTRY BOY back off the pace while well out in the strip, four to five wide through the turn, improved position with some mild interest down the lane. COACH SAM P lacked early foot while toward the inside, improved position a bit while no real threat. STILLBILLY went evenly while working way from the rail to the three path through the turn. RAZORBACK ARMY forwardly placed along the inside for a half, weakened through the stretch. IMO THE BEST bothered and was off slowly, raced back, picked off a couple of tiring rivals. DENALI LIGHTNING in the second flight for a half in the two path, gave way in the drive. HEY MISTER broke out to bother IMO THE BEST, was straightened to show the way up the backstretch and into the turn in the two path, caved in when headed entering the stretch. ANGELSNBUTTERFLIES fell back to trail after the start and was never a factor.
