SUNRISE DRIVE outrun early, continued unhurried into the far turn, angled four wide and between horses into the stretch, set down, closed with good energy to win going away. LUCKY BOSS closest to the leader to that one outside,continued to chase up the backstretch, took over entering the stretch, held a slim advantage past the furlong marker, proved no match for the winner late, edged clear for the second spot. FIRE BRYAN four wide in the first turn when off the pace, three to four wide in the second bend when moving closer, challenged past the furlong marker, flattened out to lose the place in the late going. ENJOY IT STRAIT pulled early while along the inside and well off the pace, asked for some run far turn, continued to save ground and improved position a bit in the drive, not a threat to the top three. CAJUN EDDIE settled in the main body just off the inside, continued to race in the two path second turn, went evenly through the lane in lacking a closing punch. CANDY FOR CARMEL off a step slow, raced back and inside early, angled out four wide turning into the stretch, picked off some tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. MR. THUNDERSTRUCK lacked early foot, came five wide for the drive, failed to muster a rally when called on. PIZZA CHARLIE forwardly placed and three wide for six furlongs, tired from those early efforts. DYNAMIC SUN in mid pack while three wide, continued to race in the main body up the backstretch, faltered early. QUICK BUCK sprinted clear to set the pace while just off the inside, gave way when headed second turn.
