NICHOLAI away in good order, narrowly showed the way while between horses, floated the runner up out while in the three path turning for home, shook clear when held that same rival safe late. PERSONAL JET with the pace while racing outside, floated out into the four path by the winner exiting the turn, fell back off that one in upper stretch stretch then was coming back late to close the gap o0n that same foe. GOD'S COUNTRY in the second flight three wide, came four wide for the drive, staged a mild rally to gain the show while not a threat to the top pair. MR. BUTCH brushed at the start, raced back early, steered three wide into the lane, continued on the outside through the stretch, late interest, misssed the show. FOUR O NINE was put in tight along the rail by SWIFT RULER who was floated in by CONWAY the opening furlong, clipped heels, recovered and moved a bit closer in the two path through the turn, chased the top two past the furlong marker then weakened a bit the final furlong. GIANT MOON broke back, went one paced in the two path throughout. MARKANSAS lacked speed out in the strip, raced four wide through the turn, widest for the drive, failed to rally. ENDUE in tight while last away, continued back and was never a threat. CONWAY angled in after the start to float SWIFT RULER into FOUR O NINE who clipped heels, vied up front along the inside, steadily backed up. SWIFT RULER floated in early, was finished before a half.
