GREAT BARRIER settled off the pace while along the inside, came in the two path for the run up the backstretch, pulled in traffic with just over a half mile to run, moved back to the rail far turn, closer through the bend, lodged a rail bid inside the furlong marker, proved narrowly best in a determined effort. POINT BLANK last away, lacked speed off the inside, advanced second turn, challenged between horses and outside the winner past the furlong marker, drove to the wire, missed. STRING THEORY away well, set the pace inside, showed the way while along the inside through the turn, moved off the inside to allow the top two room in the drive, outkicked in the late going while holding the show. WHERE'S RANDY prompted the early pace off the inside, continued forward the middle half, challenged three wide turning for home, long drive to the wire, outkicked. PRINCIPAL ANITA forwardly placed along the inside, continued within striking distance while saving ground, came up empty for the drive. STUCK N SNOW broke back, void of speed, four wide through the final turn, lacked serious late kick. CLEAR ECHO went one paced three to four wide. OUTLAW RUN failed to menace while racing toward the inside. DOUBLECHECK raced in mid pack and outside, gave way in the second turn.
