COACH JIMI D moved up closer while four wide into the turn, challenged three wide entering the stretch, long duel, wore down foe to prove best. STORMS HOME with the lead pack three wide early, dropped to the rail when clear to the inside early in the turn, hooked up with the winner into the stretch along the rail, proved stubborn to the end, clearly second best. ROWDY RIOT lacked early foot, three wide into the turn, asked along, came four wide into the lane, rallied midtrack, proved no match for the top two, clear of the others. GATESKEEPER with the early leaders inside the runner up, fell back off that one into the turn, saved ground into the stretch, went evenly through the lane. BOURBON'S FAULT forwardly placed along the inside, shuffled back late backstretch, moved out, four wide into the lane, mild interest. PINELAND vied up front early, brief challenge outside the leader turn, tired while off the inside down the lane. MO GO stumbled to be off slowly, raced back, remained always back. TITLE CONTENDER off a step slow, trailed throughout off the inside.
