CHUPAPI MUNYAYO moved up to a forward position along the inside early, idled when covered up entering the turn, advanced and challenged along the rail turn, dueled into and through upper stretch, inherited a clear advantage when the other leader went wrong just inside the furlong marker, held late under steady handling. CHOCTAW ZIP off the pace and the inside, in some traffic midway on the turn, steered out three wide entering the stretch, bothered by a stricken foe midstretch, moved out, chased, saved the place. HOLDING PATTERN off a step slow, void of early foot, moved out, four wide into the lane, found best stride late, missed place. CITRUS BAY hopped to be off slowly, moved up outside, four to five wide turn, went evenly late. REEF'S DESTINY back off the pace toward the inside, saved ground into the lane, also went evenly to the wire. MIDNIGHT TAXES set or forced the pace while between foes for a half, was weakening past midstretch when bothered, continued to tire. BLAME J D forwardly placed off the inside, three to four wide turn, faded through the stretch. MIRI A COINCIDENCE remained always back in failing to menace. ALLO ENRY in mid pack and three wide, steadily retreated. AMAZING SUCCESS with the pace three wide, dueled through upper stretch outside the winner, went wrong past the furlong marker, pulled up, left the track via the equine ambulance.
