Footnotes
RAZORBACK ARMY within striking distance early, advanced a lodged a rail bid into the stretch, gained the advantage and kicked clear. CONWAY bothered at the start to be off slowly, advanced steadily in the two to three path turn, split foes inside the furlong marker and finished willingly to earn the place. BUTCH off step slow, raced back off the pace, steered out three wide late in the turn, showed some belated interest to be in time for the show. CRUE'S N CONTROL also was away slowly, lacked speed, swung out to be five wide turning into the stretch, found best stride too late in improving position. PERSCRIPTURE broke out and slowly, lacked speed, three to four wide late turn, also bettered position with some belated interest. DAWSON JAMES in mid pack, moved out, loomed four wide turning into the stretch, faltered final furlong. SPINTHEKAT pressed the early leader from the outside, dueled in the three path, gave way stretch. BRADFORD in mid pack and three wide, had little for the drive. FLAT OUT BLESSED settled off the pace along the inside, failed to respond when called on for the drive. HEY MISTER broke on top, set the pace in the two path, gave way in the drive. PERFECT DIAL behind the leaders outside, four wide through the turn, backed up in the stretch.
