CHIPOTLE PEPPER broke alertly, dueled up front in the two path, disposed of the other speed to be clear in the turn, maintained a comfortable advantage through the lane while being kept to task. CHASING SHADOWS unhurried for a half while saving ground, slipped through along the inside into the stretch, rallied up the inside to be in time for the place, no match for the winner. SWEET MOTHER MARY lacked speed, angled out four wide into the stretch when advancing, chased the winner past the furlong marker, also proved no match for that one, caught late for the place. END OF INNOCENCE asked early to move up the inside and duel with the winner, equal terms with that one into the turn then began to weaken. LEGALLY LUCKY in the second flight three wide, went evenly through the lane in lacking a closing response. FLOATING in the second flight while racing in the two path, faded through the stretch.
