Footnotes
STREET PAINTER a bit keen along the inside into the first turn, continued to track the leaders in hand, advanced and lodged a rail rally through the second bend, shook clear when straightened for home and increased that advantage under steady handling to the wire. CASHMERE BABY lacked early foot outside, five wide through the first turn, continued outside, four to five wide through the second bend, rallied out in the middle of the strip to be up for the place, no match for the winner. MORALLY COMPLEX moved out to be three wide in a forward position first turn, continued to stalk up the backstretch, lodged a three wide challenge between foes through the final bend, also proved no match for the winner in the drive, outfinished for the second spot. PRINCIPAL ANITA fell back to trail, continued back and in the two path, displayed a modest amount of late interest to improve position. SUNNYANDSEVENTY went one paced throughout while racing in the two path. L. A. DIAMOND broke with the leaders, took command and showed the way through the first turn, continued to show the way up the backstretch, remained in the two path allowing the winner the inside far turn, weakened when headed by that and other rivals midway on the bend. MOENCHANTED off a step slow, three to four wide trip, remained back. COSMIC CHIC within striking distance outside, four wide bid far turn, vied into the lane holding a slight advantage, gave way in the run through the lane. BLUE EMBER was finished early, trailed home.
