Footnotes
HICKO with the pace from the start, took over in hand late in the turn, shook off the runner up past the furlong marker to be clear at the wire. GOD'S COUNTRY in mid pack early inside, closer turn while continuing inside, challenged inside the winner upper stretch, could not match strides with that one late, clearly second best. MARKANSAS back off the pace while well wide, four to five wide late turn, came six wide for the drive, proved no threat to the top pair late/. PEARCY ROAD settled off the pace in mid pack, raced three wide through the turn, improved slightly while not a serious threat. WILLY CUTS forwardly placed out in the strip, four wide into the lane, went flat to the wire. COWBOYCENTS dueled up front inside the winner while appearing to try and get out, first to blink late in the turn, backed up stretch. FLAT OUT BLESSED in the second flight early, four out to five wide late in the turn, had little left for the stretch run. CASTLE GAP was never a threat while racing toward the inside. VINEY bore out at the start, fell back and was not a factor. ARKOMA broke back, was always outrun. POSSE'S BANDIT last away, sluggish, fell far back, showed little left.
