MY KID SYD broke back, lacked early foot, moved out, four wide into the turn, circled up seven wide into the stretch, roused, finished full of run down the middle of the strip to win going away. PHENOMENAL DREAM well back early, swung eight wide into the lane, rallied for the place, no threat to the winner. NIGHTNTHEQUARTER moved up to set the pace up the backstretch, continued to show the way through the turn, shook well clear by midstretch, had little to offer the top two late, salvaged the show. SAFE BET lacked speed off the rail for a half, three wide and in some traffic late in the turn, improved upper stretch then flattened out a bit in the final furlong. PERP WALK bothered to be off slowly, raced back toward the inside, dropped to the rail midway on the turn, steered back out three wide and in traffic late in the bend, got through, displayed a mild amount of late interest. TIP TOE JOE in the second flight off the rail and between horses, three wide turn, went evenly through the lane in lacking a closing kick. LAKE OF FIRE well back off the pace, four wide into the stretch, made little impact in the run to the wire. GREAT DAY FOR VINO broke out, saved ground throughout with a rail trip, cut the corner to improve into the lane then went flat the final furlong. GETTY'S REVENGE pressed the issue up front for four furlongs and had little left. IMO THE BEST in mid pack outside, five wide through much of the turn, tired. AFFIXED vied up front while in the two path, gave way late in the turn. PASA DOBLE in the main body for a half while four wide and between horses turn, backed up in the drive.
