BRUNIA close up from the start in hand, asked a bit and moved to challenge between horses turn, drew out steadily through the lane despite lugging out inside the furlong marker. SECRET SLEW in the second flight while three wide, roused entering the stretch, steered out a bit for room midstretch, finished willingly to be in time for the place. ROCKIN THE LANE bothered at the break, moved up inside, to a forward position, in some traffic into the turn, moved out three wide by late in the bend, rallied to contend for the place only to be outfinished late. TALLAHASSEE in mid pack along the inside, in the two path into the lane, went flat the final furlong. REDRIVER STORM broke out to bother a couple of outer rivals, was quickly straightened to set the pace, vied briefly with the winner into the stretch then began to falter. SHADY VALLEY in mid pack and outside, four wide through the turn, lacked the needed closing response to finish up evenly. MISS CHOCOLATTE was rank soon after the start, also turned in an even effort while racing off the inside. CAROOM'S CROUPIER within striking distance while racing outside, four wide into the lane, tired. APPEALING MISCHIEF off slow, bothered, failed to rally. STANDUP TRIPLE broke back and was always outrun. MYRNA was also finished early. NORTH LAKE KATE trailed far back, never a factor.
