Footnotes
LOVE OUR FAMILY chased five then four wide early, drew closer up the backstretch while remaining wide, bid three deep midway around the far turn, put a head in front at the eighth pole, cleared approaching the sixteenth marker and held over the late run from NOTHING IS FOREVER in the final moments. NOTHING IS FOREVER tracked three wide early, stayed off the fence in the middle stages, went four wide into the far turn, moved in a bit then chased five wide outside rivals at the quarter pole, gained under right handed urging from outside in the lane, surged late but ran out of ground. NANCI GRIFFITH stalked in the four path, drew alongside the leader at the half-mile pole, took over approaching the five-sixteenths pole, vied between rivals into the lane, lost command at the eighth pole and kept on to hold third. STOP DIGGING tracked two then three wide around the first turn, went between rivals at the five-sixteenths marker, angled in and bid inside NANCI GRIFFITH with a quarter mile remaining, lost touch with the leaders outside the eighth pole and flattened to fourth. GIRLCANTHELPIT broke a step slow, took up between rivals shortly after, tucked inside at the back, went between foes at the quarter pole, spun three wide into the lane and needed to find more to be a serious threat. DENDERA stalked along the rail then moved into the two path, coaxed along the fence into the far turn, chased two wide leaving that bend and faded. SMILING LADY sped to the front in the three path, took pressure at the half-mile pole, drifted out a bit and dropped back when becoming rank on the far turn, then faded out of contention.
