Footnotes
TOUPIE dueled outside JUST NAILS early then cleared and crossed over to the inside, showed the way from the rail through the turn, given her cue at the top of the lane, asked right handed past the eighth pole, switched to the left hand in the last sixteenth and drew away. ANYWHO well placed stalking the top pair early, moved inside for the turn but got put in tight and steadied early on the bend, drew closer while staying on the fence, asked left handed in upper stretch, could not threaten the winner in the final furlong but was able to best the rest. NADETTE (FR) got pinched back at the start, trailed two then three wide around the bend, angled widest under left handed urging in the lane and finished well to gain the show honors. MISS LIZZY unhurried in the beginning, angled to the inside, tipped out into the lane, split foes midstretch and got edged for third. JUST NAILS dueled for the lead from inside then ceded command to TOUPIE early, chased that rival into the turn while putting ANYWHO in a bit tight along the rail, bid three deep leaving the turn but could not keep up with the inner approaching the eighth pole and weakened in the late stages. VITALERA (CHI) stalked the speed to the turn, drew alongside TOUPIE at the quarter pole, lost touch with that rival in upper stretch and also weakened. LAULNE (FR) broke a bit slow, chased from off the pace, gained two then three wide on the turn, moved out entering the lane and flattened in the final furlong. MA RAE'S GIRL tracked off the rail, moved to the two path for the turn, eased out to the four path around the bend, moved out further in the lane and weakened.
