Footnotes
CRYSTAL PROOF raced up close inside the top pair then chased leaving the backstretch, tipped out to the two path around the bend, drew alongside the leader in upper stretch, took the lead past the eighth pole and drove clear. ROSES R BLUE traveled outside a rival at the back, chased two then three wide on the turn, angled out in the lane and finished well to gain second. QUEEN OF THE TRACK set the pace between rivals then inside PONDERGATING leaving the backstretch, cleared that rival early on the turn, challenged by the winner in upper stretch, yielded midstretch, stayed within range in the late stages but was edged for second. MAGIC WANDERER stalked outside a rival, traveled four deep around the turn, took aim at the leader entering the lane but lacked the needed late kick in the final furlong. PONDERGATING pressed the pace from outside, could not keep up with the leader early on the turn, spun three wide into the lane and flattened in deep stretch. GREATFUL ATTITUDE stalked the speed from inside, asked right handed at the quarter pole and weakened in the drive. SAHARA SUE coaxed along inside a rival at the back, asked while saving ground through the turn, drifted out in the lane and proved no menace. TOPANTICIPATION (GB) raced up close early then had to pause when crowded between rivals, steered out wide, chased in the five path on the turn, tired in the lane and was eased.
