RICH OF JOY traveled along the inside towards the rear, chased two wide into the lane, tipped out and rallied through a tight spot between rivals at the eighth pole, moved inward in deep stretch and dug in late to get up in a shared victory. IRISH ROSE unhurried in the beginning, went two wide into the turn, steered out and traveled five wide leaving the bend, rallied seven deep into the final furlong, fought four deep into deep stretch, took a narrow lead past the sixteenth pole and gamely prevailed in a dead-heat. DAY DAWNING settled off the speed, moved into the two path, steered out four wide around the bend, tipped out and challenged six deep at the eighth pole, fought between rivals in deep stretch and got outkicked. RUNNING SUPER vied inside rivals then ceded command and took a stalking position outside a rival, bid three deep late on the turn, led into the final furlong, clung to a narrow advantage between rivals with a sixteenth remaining and also got outkicked in the end. GUITAR GIRL stalked from inside, under a drive two wide into the stretch, bid between rivals with a furlong remaining and flattened out in deep stretch. BLISSTERINTHESUN vied three deep for a bit then pressed the pace from outside up the backstretch, dueled past the quarter pole, led briefly in upper stretch but was quickly overtaken by RUNNING SUPER and weakened in the late stages. ABOVE ALL ELSE traveled on the inside in mid-pack, moved into range on the turn, lacked room in upper stretch, moved out midstretch and could not rally. MUCHO MAGICAL vied between rivals then inched ahead to set a pressure pace, dueled past the quarter pole, lost command in upper stretch and weakened. MATTERS lagged behind and moved inside, saved ground to the stretch and was always outrun. BURNIN AT MIDNIGHT off slow to begin, had one rival beat racing four wide into the turn, spun five wide into the lane and came up empty.
