LADY CLAYPOOLE (IRE) settled in the two path, was boxed in at the five-sixteenths pole, angled four wide late on the bend, tipped out widest in the lane, fought three deep late and bested inner rivals approaching the wire. STRUTTING (GB) raced along the rail then moved into the two path, pulled late on the clubhouse turn and up the backstretch, chased three wide on the far turn then loomed four wide turning for home, took over in upper stretch, fought between rivals late and was overtaken by the winner. PARADISE LAKE stalked along the rail, angled three wide around the far turn, challenged between in upper stretch, fought inside the top pair late and finished a game third. KENTUCKY GAL (IRE) steered to the inside racing in mid-pack, continued on the fence through the far turn while drawing closer, tipped out to launch a bid at the top of the lane but lacked room behind PARADISE LAKE briefly, gained a clear path and chased the top trio willingly through the final furlong. CONTROL FUNCTION reserved near the back, traveled two wide around the first turn, pulled up the backstretch, cut inside entering the lane, moved back out off the fence and improve position. STAR OF THE NIGHT (IRE) pressed the pace from outside, dueled past the half-mile pole, battled two wide to the top of the stretch, then weakened in the final furlong. IMA JOKER set the pace under pressure from STAR OF THE NIGHT (IRE) to the outside, headed on the backstretch, dueled around the far turn and into the lane, yielded in upper stretch and faded along the rail. EVERYTHING BUGS ME reserved at the back early and steered across quickly to the inside, moved a bit off the rail the clubhouse turn, pulled three deep on the backstretch, stayed wide to the stretch, moved out in the lane and failed to menace. FAITH UNDERSTOOD stalked the top pair two wide, got moved to the three path past the five-sixteenths pole, put in tight between rivals at the quarter pole and faded. BIG MAMA SUE was off alertly then became a bit rank when taken off the pace, patiently handled at the back along the inside on the far turn and failed to be a factor under mild asking.
