WISHES TO RICHES showed the way unpressured up the backstretch, coaxed along the inside on the turn, kicked away in upper stretch when asked left handed and stayed clear under a drive to the wire. DANGEROUS AFFAIR turned head right before the gate opened then brushed with inner rival at the start but still came away with the field, was coaxed along chasing out of range then started to make progress before having to idle behind a pair of rivals from the half-mile pole to the seven-sixteenths marker, saved ground through the turn, rallied from inside and gained second. SOMEONE LIKE YOU lost her footing and brushed with DANGEROUS AFFAIR at the start, stalked from inside, moved into the two path around the bend and finished evenly late. MATINA came out at the start, chased three then four wide around the bend and weakened. SOPHIE JEAN bumped with BLAZING BARDOT in the beginning, was closest in pursuit off the rail then stalked outside a rival into the turn, exited the bend in the three path and also weakened. BLAZING BARDOT bumped with SOPHIE JEAN and had the rider lose his left iron for a bit early, was able to regain his footing and trailed up the backstretch, raced off the rail then angled to the rail on the turn and was never a factor.
