Footnotes
CAN'T SLEEP raced up close and took hold racing keenly early on, chased two then three wide on the turn, tipped out and launched a bid at the top of the lane, kicked clear outside the eighth pole and drew away under hand urging. BLUE WILDCAT allowed to settle in the early going, raced along the rail into the turn, eased out to the three path around the bend, tipped out into the stretch, finished well down the lane but was no match for the winner. BERRY VALLEY lagged behind early, exited the backstretch three wide, drifted to the five path around the bend, moved out widest in the stretch and gained third. LADY GREGORY stalked the top trio in the early going, waited on the fence around the bend, stayed inside and lacked room from upper to midstretch, then gained a clear path but was too late to threaten. DENDERA vied three deep to upper stretch and weakened. BABY KRISTEN vied inside rivals up the backstretch and around the turn, was overtaken in upper stretch and faded. BARBERA challenged for command between rivals to upper stretch and folded.
